Shipping Your Order
Orders are shipped via UPS from Quantum’s warehouse in Eugene, Oregon Monday through Friday.

At Quantum, there is nothing more important than making sure you are satisfied. You can return any product for a refund or exchange.
Damaged or Defective
If you order a product and it arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it right away. Keep the damaged package and call within 24 hours, or the next business day.
